they’re both endearment terms in portuguese (though I can’t find a translation that’s good enough to describe exactly what they mean) and also titles of two songs by a brazilian duo that I really love!! I’ll translate parts of the songs for you so you can understand a little better why I chose them:

Jimin’s tag is dengo and the song goes: “oh, dengo, tell me everything about the world that I can’t discuss / show me your opinions and let me convince you / you’re the most beautiful being I have ever had the chance to meet”

Jungkook’s tag is chamego meu and the song goes: “chamego meu, look at me / this smile from ear to ear / try to keep it, it’s for you / for messing up my peace, my armor and my calmness / it’s so good following you / and watching you be you (…) it’s so easy to like you / it becomes part of living / if you don’t get too vain about it / I promise to always tell you / this smile is for you”
